You get it from any nearest cosmetic shop in the form of lotion. It is worthy of all cosmetics. Anyone can use it without any concern. Apply it to your skin which is about to expose and then you go.

They come with so many different types of Sun Protection Factors (SPF) SPF14, SPF 25, SPF 29, SPF30, and SPF100. Apply any of them to reduce melanin levels in your skin. The more the SPF is the stronger your sunscreen to the skin will be.

Many people think the SPF is harmful, it’s completely wrong. No sunscreen is harmful but for your satisfaction, you can opt for herbal sunscreens they are worth making. But you need to apply the lotion after every two hours if you are really curious to reduce melanin level and maintain it.

  • 2-3 tablespoon of gram flour.
  • almond oil, ½ tablespoon, you can other oil too. But almond is a good absorber.
  • ½ tablespoon milk.
  • If you have sensitive skin then add some lemon juice.
  • Mix the turmeric and gram flour in a bowl then add some lemon juice in it then add the required amount of milk to make a paste and then oil. Make a paste by mixing all of them than apply to the affected area. Leave for 10 minutes and wash with warm water. Once in a week can give you effective result.

Note- if irritation occurs, stop using the mask as soon as possible but it happens rarely.

  • Use lemon juice

Apply lemon juice on your damaged skin to regain its glow as lemon is used for several purposes for the skin.

Just take out some lemon juice and dilute it in water then apply to the skin area and leave for 5-10 minutes then wash with lukewarm water. But after using lemon do not go out in the sun otherwise it will cause some irritation to your skin. The best time to use this remedy at night.

  • Bleach skin routine wise:

Skin bleaching products containing hydroquinone have the efficiency to decrease the number of melanocytes which finally results in reducing melanin and gives you a fairer and glowing skin.

Reduce Melanin by Eating

  • Consume more vitamins:

We all are aware of the fact that vitamins play a vital role in our body. Everybody consumes vitamins but the adequate amount is important. Start taking vitamin C more and more.

You can easily get vitamin C from fruits like orange, tangerine, lemon, mango, strawberry, and vegetables like broccoli, tomato, cabbage, etc. Add some foods containing vitamin A like apricots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, milk, butter, cheese, whole eggs, etc.

Do not ignore more intake of vitamin E. Because vitamin E does not directly reduce melanin level but it helps in reducing the hyperpigmentation that is caused by the increase in melanin level.

Note: Nutrients can be ruined by overcooking, if possible, try consuming them in their raw/real form.
